1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The tickets have not been used, transferred, or redeemed
- The event has not yet taken place
- The tickets are still in your account and have not been resold
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Service fees and convenience charges
- Tickets purchased more than 30 days ago
- Tickets for events that have already occurred
- Tickets that have been transferred, resold, or given away
- VIP packages where certain benefits have already been redeemed
- Consultation and event planning fees for services already rendered
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is officially cancelled by the venue or organizer:
- You will automatically receive a full refund to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation announcement
- Service fees will be refunded in full for cancelled events
- No action is required on your part for cancelled event refunds
4. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed:
- Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement
- Refund requests for postponed events are subject to the same eligibility criteria
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Log in to your HUBBUB TICKETS account
- Navigate to "My Orders" in your account dashboard
- Select the order you wish to refund
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
- Submit your request

6. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
- HUBBUB Credits: Instant
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued:
- If you purchased multiple tickets and only need to return some
- If a VIP package has been partially used
- If there are changes to the event that affect the value of your purchase
8. Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you believe this was in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our customer service team within 14 days of the denial. Please provide any additional documentation or information that supports your case.
