User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and HUBBUB TICKETS, LLC ("HUBBUB TICKETS", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Agreement incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy. Please read all documents carefully before using our services.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of HUBBUB TICKETS, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for their intended purpose
• Respect the rights of other users, venues, and event organizers
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Not engage in activities that could harm our platform or other users

3. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Creating a strong, unique password for your account
• Not sharing your login credentials with others
• Logging out from shared or public devices
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account access
• All activities that occur under your account

We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security. HUBBUB TICKETS will never ask for your password via email or phone.

4. Ticket Usage and Transfer

Authorized Use

Tickets purchased through HUBBUB TICKETS are for personal use or as gifts. Each ticket grants admission to one person for the specified event. Tickets may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Ticket Transfers

You may transfer tickets to another person subject to the following conditions:

• Transfers must be made through our official platform
• Some events may have transfer restrictions imposed by venues or organizers
• You remain responsible for ensuring the transfer recipient is aware of event terms
• Transferred tickets cannot be re-transferred without going through the original account

Resale

Tickets may only be resold through our authorized Secure Resale Platform. Resale prices may be subject to caps set by event organizers. Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

5. Event Attendance

When attending events with tickets purchased through HUBBUB TICKETS:

• You must comply with venue rules and regulations
• You must present valid identification if required
• Entry may be denied for violations of venue policies
• Recording policies vary by event and must be followed
• Behavior that endangers others or disrupts the event may result in removal
• HUBBUB TICKETS is not responsible for your experience at the event

6. Communication Preferences

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

• Transactional emails: Order confirmations, ticket delivery, event updates
• Account notifications: Security alerts, policy changes, important announcements
• Marketing communications: Event recommendations, promotions (optional, can be unsubscribed)

You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings. Note that transactional and account-related communications cannot be fully disabled while your account is active.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the HUBBUB TICKETS platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our branding without permission
• Reverse engineer our software or systems
• Create derivative works based on our platform

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and HUBBUB TICKETS:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve issues informally
• Mediation: If informal resolution fails, either party may request non-binding mediation
• Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through mediation will be settled by binding arbitration in San Mateo County, California
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of this Agreement or our policies
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement

Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease. Any unused tickets or credits may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of termination.

10. Modifications to Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
